I loved my stay here! The room was cozy and had a nice little kitchenette that made life easier. The bathroom had a bath – what a treat! Although the decor feels a bit outdated, it didn't take away from the overall experience, and I highly recommend grabbing a bite at the nearby pub for a taste of local food. 😄

My room included climate control, multi-channel television, coffee and tea making equipment. The venue was set in the very central position right by Baker Street and Marylebone village, Sherlock Holmes museum and meeting place. After long day I visited The Prince Regent for a couple of drinks.

Location was great. Good restaurants nearby. Staff helpful and cheerful. Breakfasts excellent and tea/coffee in room. Hair dryer and air- conditioning available.Wifi available and tv in rooms.
Elevator there but most rooms up or down a flight of stairs so elevator was not helpful. You should really consider this a non elevator property. Carpet in room stained. Shower in a big tub which for older people difficult to climb into and out. Rooms cramped. Not enough hangers.

The room was quite spacious for London and provided all the necessary amenities including air conditioning.
The shower had inconsistent water temperature, often becoming dangerously hot without warning.

The location is excellent, the staff is very kind, and breakfast is great.
The single standard room was very small, I would not recommend for tall people (because the bed is short). Also, although the hotel has a lift, I still needed to walk some steps to get to the single room - therefore not really the best for disabled people (as myself). The executive room was excellent, nicely decorated, with bath and nice bed, and located at the same level as the lift.

Exceptional service, attentive staff during stay. The breakfasts for vegans. Brilliant and efficient location near Baker St tube, easy to get anywhere. For shots visit Taylor Walker, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

What you should know
The location is fantastic! Just a short walk to bustling Baker Street and the breakfast team were attentive and good.
The water pressure in the shower was low, made for a less than pleasant bathing experience.

We stayed in a suite which was beautifully maintained and air-conditioned.

Location
the rooms are very dated, shower didn't work properly, towels were changed only once during 9 days, only one key for the room, the whole sum of money for 9 days was blocked in the beginning of the stay and I had to use another card for payment in the end. The hotel rates itself as 4-star hotel, but actually it is 2-star hotel at best. Looking for some 4-star experience - never ever think about this hotel. It doesn't worth your money.

Charming staff and cozy vibe
The room was alsosuper clean and cozy, with a pleasant, quiet atmosphere amid bustling surroundings.
Although charming, the quirky layout of the hotel made navigating to our room a bit tricky, which could be daunting for those unfamiliar with such designs. Occasional power issues.

Low water pressure in the showers often leads to uncomfortable bathing experiences!!! Inconsistent shower temperatures can frustrate guests!!! Limited vegetarian options and stale decor felt untimely!!!

I had a single room and it was well-kept and well-maintained with extra space for our child. The staff was efficient and competent, everything was perfect.
